1 year on

its been a year today, still can't believe it.
you were taken away too soon. every day gets harder, because i know deep down i won't see you again... in person, but also deep down i know you're there. I know you're keeping your eye on your family to make sure they are ok, i also know that you keep an eye on your friends, which helps me get through a tough time like this.
I feel soo bad when I see your family because of what they have been through, i just wish i could be there more for them bu i never know what to do or what to say.
i'll never forget how much you was there for me in the years i knew you. i also never ever had the chance to say thank you, so from the bottom of my heart thank you for being there for me mate i will never foret you

Recently I cant seem to get you out of my head. I see your smile when Im trying to sleep. I would do anything to bring you back dale!
I never got the chance to tell you things. I hope one day you will forgive me for all the hurt I might of caused you.
I know the letters you wrote to me off by heart, but there all smudged now with my tears that have fallen on them.
Thankyou for giving your mum a daughter, ill look out for her just like you looked out for me, I promise.

Dale,
I still miss ya mate. sorry i havent left a comment in a while or that i havent been round for a while, but i promise i will soon.
it still hasnt really sunk in that your gone, and i still have memories of you charming all the ladies, i must say you were pretty good at it lol.
we all enjoyed the party that your mum had for you, but if you was there it would have been the world better. Blowing that candle out made me realise that your mum saw me has a good friend to you, so if i take anything away from life it will be that i was good mates with a complete legend and i hope i made the years you were here fun enough.
